What I Ate Today: 13/11/12



Red Day

Breakfast-

protein shake (4 1/2 syns) with semi skimmed milk (healthy extra A) and 1 egg


4 1/2 syns

Lunch- 

chicken subway salad (completely free!)


Dinner-

pork medallions with broccoli, peas (healthy extra B + 1 1/2 syns) and carrots
pepsi max

1 1/2 syns


Snacks-

banana
coffee with sweetener and semi-skimmed milk (healthy extra A)
weight watchers petit pain (healthy extra B)
toffee mullerlight yoghurt




5 1/2 syns today :)

NOTE: On a red day you can have 1/2 healthy extra A choices and 2 B choices. Peas would be free on an extra easy day or a green day but are synned on a red one!
