What I Ate Today: 12/11/12


Extra Easy Day

Breakfast-

1 coffee with milk (healthy extra A) and sweetener


Lunch- 

half a chicken breast wrapped in bacon with a sprinkle of cheese (2 syns) and a dab of bbq sauce (1 syn)

3 syns


Dinner-

chicken stew with potatoes and carrots, used 100ml of gravy powder (1 1/2 syns)
pepsi max

1 1/2 syns


Snacks-

special k sweet chilli cracker crisps x 8 (crackers, not bags!) (2 syns)

banana
tea with sweetener and semi-skimmed milk (healthy extra A)
