Extra Easy Day

Breakfast-

1 precision engineered vanilla protein shake (4 1/2 syns) 
with 125ml of semi skimmed milk (healthy extra A)
 and one raw egg

1 hifi bar (healthy extra B)

1 coffee with milk (healthy extra A) and sweetener

4 1/2 syns


Lunch- 

pear and apple fruit salad
pepsi max


Dinner-

spaghetti bolognese made with;

onions, garlic, pasata, beef oxo cube, worcestershire sauce,  tabasco, salt, pepper, lean mince (2 syns) and spaghetti pasta
pepsi max

2 syns


Snacks-

pickled onions
