What I Ate Today: 05/01/2013

GREEN DAY

So I decided to do a green day today, mainly because I have no meat in the house, but also because I love the idea of double healthy extras! 

I had my breakfast quite late as I was running late when leaving the house to run an errand and didn't have time. I just ate two of the Kellogg's nutri grain breakfast biscuits in oats and honey when I got home.




Lunch was leek and potato soup from yesterday, but this time with a wholemeal bread roll. I forgot to take a picture of the bread roll after cutting some off it off to make it 60g haha.



I then snacked on 2 mini babybel lights from my healthy extra A before making dinner.



For dinner I made mushy pea curry (then blended it) and had it over slimming world chips and with some shredded lettuce and onion too. It doesn't look too appetising but it was very yummy and I've got LOTS left over which I will most likely freeze.



Between dinner and now I've had a few snacks, some because I needed to have some syns and some just because I fancied them :)

So I've also ate; my remaining babybel light, a rocky road hifi bar (forgot the picture sorry),  another breakfast biscuit, a cup of coffee with 50ml skimmed milk (which I know I can have as a 2nd healthy A but as I didn't want 350ml I'll just syn it) and 2 bananas. Wow, lots of food!







So there we go, I really think I've managed 1/3 of super free today which I'm very pleased about!
