My sinuses and head are giving me hell this morning :( I so so hate being ill! Anyway, I started my morning with a cup of coffee, (anyone else feel like they can't function without one?) using skimmed milk (HEA) and sweetener (FF). About an hour later (I never eat as soon as I get up) I had bacon (FF) and brown sauce (1 SYN) on a wholemeal roll (HEB) and a bowl of grapes. I had this with a glass of diet pepsi (I cannot give up fizzy drinks for the life of me!)
For some reason I got hungry again quite early so I made my lunch at 12. I had leftover chicken in thai green curry paste (1 SYN) with a cheesy (3 1/2 SYNS) jacket potato (FF) and salad (SFF). It was very tasty, though I didn't quite finish the chicken as I prefer it warm! I don't usually like to syn my cheese but it was 50% less fat so I could have 25g for this amount of syns and I know that I'll have another coffee later and use all of my milk allowance!
As I ate lunch quite early, I started cooking dinner at about 4:30pm. I made spaghetti bolognese using passata (FF), worcestershire sauce (FF), a beef oxo cube (FF), garlic (SFF), onion (SFF) and peppers (SFF) for the bolognese and then obviously spaghetti pasta (FF). I probably gave myself too big of a portion, which unfortunately is a bad habit of mine, however, I didn't eat it all and stopped when I was full :) I ate a banana (SFF) afterwards to get in some more super free.
Later on I had some left over spag bol and an apple, I forgot to take a picture of the apple but I'm sure you all know what one of those looks like ;) I'll probably have a cup of coffee shortly, using skimmed milk for the rest of my (HEA) and sweetener.
So that's it, my new format post! I'm thinking this looks prettier than before :)
