Weekly Weigh In: 03/01/2013


First of all, happy new year guys! I'm still getting the hang of writing 2013, it feels like it's been 2012 forever! I had a very drunken new year (far too drunken considering I didn't drink after midnight!) But that's it for me for the month as I'm taking part in Dryathalon, which means that I won't be drinking for the whole of January in aid of Cancer Research UK. Please see my fundraising page here
Anyway, I haven't had too much in the way of food in the kitchen this week as my shopping is due Monday. Still, I was very happy to step on the scales last night to a loss of

I'm very very pleased with this but am hoping that there won't be a bit of a 'delayed gain' from New Year next week! I will be trying to really stick to plan, I'd love another 3lbs next week for my 1 stone award but it doesn't seem too likely! Fingers crossed though!
