Normal food posts will now be resumed! I have just posted my weekly weigh in below and you will see that I gained 1lb this week. I am quite pleased with that as it is low considering I wasn't really on plan at all last week. So I'm hoping to get back on track this week as Thursday will be the last weigh in before Christmas. I've got 58lbs to go until my target of 8 stone which I want to be at by my 21st birthday in September. I know that this is do-able but I seem to always take the scenic route with weight loss, hopefully not too much this time. With 37 weigh ins until my birthday that means I'd have to lose about 1 1/2lb most weeks with a little extra. That is do-able right?
Anyway, onto the food.
So I started my day with a merry cup of Cadburys options hot chocolate (2 SYNS) with some skimmed milk (2 SYNS). I also ate my advent calendar chocolate- it's a robin I think? (1 SYN) and a hifi bar (HEB). I really don't like that I've already used this many syns this early but I'm wanting cheese with my lunch so saving my HEA for that.
I love cheesy (HEA) jacket potatoes (FF) so I really like that you can still eat them when on slimming world. Using reduced fat cheese also means that you can have 45g of cheese instead of the usual 23g. I ate two with some Joe's Sausages chipolatas (FF). If you haven't already, please check his website out here. All of his meat products are completely syn free and he makes flavoured sausages, burger, grills etc. Really tasty. I know there is no super free here but I naughtily haven't got any super free in at the moment and I thought better me still following plan even if I can't fit the super free in. I will try and pick some fruit up on Monday though.
At about 3ish, Oliver and I went to see my sister and my boyfriend (they are good friends and live together in a group, weird I know but I actually met him through my sister!) I managed to stop myself from having a nice cuppa and instead enjoyed a fruit tea (FF) unfortunately I didn't get a pic sorry!
We got home at 5:30ish and since I'd picked some up at the local shop, I had an apple (SFF) before making a dinner of pasta (FF) , Joe's Sausages chopped up (FF) and a tomato sauce made with pasatta (FF) , worcestershire sauce (FF) and a little fajita seasoning (1/2 SYN). After this I had a nice drink of peppermint tea (FF).
I'm now make-up free and in my pjs about to watch The Dark Knight. I think I'll probably end up eating another apple (SFF) and drinking some more peppermint tea (FF) before going to bed.
