So sorry about the lack of updates, I posted last week about having a bit of a bad time of it and on Tuesday I did go and see my doctor. I have another appointment this Tuesday to discuss what we can do about the way I have been feeling. So hopefully things will be looking up soon, but I have been told that it's a long process, however after feeling this way for 2 years +, what is a few more months?
Right, so unfortunately my bad eating continued right up to weigh in day, and the past couple of days hasn't been any better as my friend stayed over on Friday night so that we could go to the Clothes Show Live in Birmingham yesterday, it was fab but it was a day of literally lots of sugar and energy drinks. We had to get up at 5am and we actually only managed little over 3 hours sleep! Hopefully I'm back on plan today.
So, rewind back to Thursday. I'm actually the stand in weigh gal at my group so when the usual gal (Lauren) can't make it then it's my job. Actually now I'm the permanent weigh in gal as of Thursday :) So, the point to this is that I got to group early on Thursday and when I was weighed it was only myself and my consultant in the room. Another shock, I did follow plan for the first 4 days of the week though, but I'm still shocked! Like I said, I'm trying to get back on it this week. I do have a mea out on Tuesday at an italian restaraunt but I'm hoping that I can stick to my preplanned meal of 'Ollo Cacciatora'- Chicken breast with garlic, onions, mixed vegetables and tomato sauce with a side of broccoli. I'm hoping the syns won't be too high, but it will still be better than a calzone regardless!
