Extra Easy Day


Breakfast-

tea with sweetener and skimmed milk (healthy extra A)
hifi bar (healthy extra B)


Lunch- 

wotsits (4 1/2 syns)
bowl of fruit

Dinner-

spaghetti bolognese using lean mince (2 1/2 syns)

2 1/2 syns


Snacks-

a few of Olivers hula hoops (3 syns)
coffee with skimmed milk (healthy extra A)

3 syns


9 1/2 syns today 

Not too happy about the crisps, don't know where my willpower went today! However, still under 15 syns so shouldn't worry too much!
