Plan For The Week Ahead

I'm well aware that it's Friday, but because my weigh in is on a Thursday evening, my food week really starts on a Friday. So I am really pleased with how my first week went, and was ecstatic with my weight loss. Please see my weigh in post below if you haven't already. I do confess that I probably did try and eat less than I normally would, I worry sometimes that my appetite is too big and I really wanted that big first week weight loss. But I did stick to plan, however Slimming World really isn't about limiting your appetite, the ONLY limit IS you appetite. However big it may be. So I am going to try to eat a little more this week, and hope that my weight loss will still be good :) 

However, I still think that I need to be wary that I don't overeat on carbs as I am a huge pasta and potato lover! We shall see how we get on!

Right, moving on-
I do try and plan my meals for the week so let's see what is on the menu!

Friday- I've had jacket potato with cheese for lunch so for dinner I'm thinking of diet coke chicken (first time trying it, if it's yummy then I'll post a recipe) with vegetables.

Saturday- Not sure what will be cooking for lunch, but dinner will be steak with slimming world chips and peas.

Sunday- Pork with roast potatoes (cooked in fry light) and vegetables. Maybe a little gravy?

This is where I'm up to right now but will know more when I've got a bit more shopping :)
